About Your Facilitator
Hey there! I'm Nikki Heyder.
I’m a qualified mental health counsellor, clinical nutritionist, and yoga teacher, and have been working with women just like you for over 11 years.
During this time, I have created a process to help women (including myself) connect with their authentic selves and let go of the conditioning placed on them during childhood, adolescence, and impactful adulthood experiences.
I strive to help you find the aha moments, where everything just clicks into place...
But, if you’re looking to be fixed, I can’t help you.
Why is that? Because you do not need to be fixed. You are not faulty.
My purpose is simply to help you remember and reconnect to the lost parts of yourself - the parts which you feel you need to hide or change because at some stage in your life, you were led to believe that they weren't ‘good enough’.
Together, we will develop a deep awareness of your conditioning. You will understand the root causes of your perfectionistic tendencies, and with your newfound knowledge start to re-write your perception of self.
The antidote to self-criticism and perfectionism, is compassion, acceptance, and courageous action. Most of these qualities are unfamiliar to us and so it’s understandable that we don’t know how to access them on a daily basis. That’s what Project Perfect will teach you.
