I have worked for over 11 years within the wellness industry and am a qualified Counsellor, Nutritional Therapist & Yoga Teacher.

I take a mixed modality approach to helping my clients to heal and recover, with a focus on trauma relief, acceptance, and self compassion. ❤

  • If you wish to reschedule your session you must do so with at least 6 hours notice
  • Any rescheduled attempts made in less than 6 hours notice will be cancelled with no refund
  • A client can only reschedule a session up to 3 times before it is cancelled
These restrictions are in place to ensure that the therapists time is not wasted and that the client remains accountable and responsible for their sessions.
