Healthy Relationships Bundle

Relationships are not easy. They are testing, and emotionally charged, and require vulnerability, respect and an ability to truly see and hear each other.

Relationships form the foundation of our lives - we are in relationship with our families, our friends, our partners, and perhaps the most important relationship of all, is the relationship we hold with ourselves.


The most common roadblocks I see in practice when it comes to relationships are - a lack of compassion and understanding of the other person's experiences, a lack of expression of emotions due to fear of confrontation, an inability to communicate without shutting down, becoming aggressive, or walking away, and a lack of boundaries.
