"I believe that an optimal state of wellbeing comes from understanding and accepting oneself with compassion." - Nikki

Hey there!
I'm Nikki Heyder
(she/her).
With over 11 years of experience within the wellness industry, I have developed my skills and knowledge in a unique way that I help others with an integrative, holistic approach to healing and personal growth.
I am deeply passionate about reconnecting my clients back to their authentic, present selves and to help them better understand who they are - to operate with less stress, less pain, and less conflict in the world around them.
I am a qualified Counselling Practitioner, Former Clinical Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor & Mentor/Supervisor for fellow therapists and Coaches specializing in trauma informed education.
My journey has led me to complete:
✨ Bachelor in HR & Human Behaviour
✨ Bachelor in Health Science (Nutritional Medicine)
✨ Diploma in Nutritional Counselling for Disordered Eating & Eating Disorders
✨ Masters in Counselling Psychology
✨ 240 hour Post Graduate Training in Compassionate Inquiry with trauma expert, Dr Gabor Mate
✨ Certificate in Somatic Approaches to Healing Trauma with Dr Albert Wong
✨ Certificate in Trauma Practices To Foster Resilience with Dr Cecile West-Olatunji
✨ 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher (PL Australia)
✨ 50hr Trauma Informed Yoga Certificate (Michelle Young MVP)
✨ Certificate in Applied Polyvagal Theory for Therapeutic Yoga with Arielle Schwartz
✨ Certificate in Buddhist Psychology with Jack Kornfield
✨ Reiki Level 2
I now live in Bali, Indonesia, and work specifically with women to guide them to heal from acute or complex trauma, low self-worth, anxiety, addictive tendencies, attachment issues, and disordered eating. I integrate a multidimensional approach in all aspects of my work and believe that "health" is not merely about the internal workings of the body - but rather a fusion of the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual self. As a mentor/supervisor, I teach heart centered therapists and coaches the power of compassion, attunement, emotional safety, and how to utilise a mixed modality approach to healing and self acceptance.
For me, working within human service is a huge privilege which comes with massive responsibility and I feel deeply purposeful of creating a community of guides who lead with morality.
Ready to start reconnecting?
